It is totaly possible. The only hits I found dealing with the letters
XIOC and 3270 were in what appeared to be a TN3270 module that ran on
HP-UX boxes (the UX stands for Unix).
Try searching for xioc3270.
Or
just go over to I/O Concepts.
I found it, I had been searching on xioc 3270, tried it as one string
and there it was.
