Another reason to be fair to the SDSF guys...

SDSF does not necessarily have to run under ISPF.
It would have been nice if they were consistant though.

The historical reason for SDSF having a non-ISPF "Find" command is
that it is a dynamic area application and you have to roll your own
FIND and SCROLL routines - SDSF also runs without ISPF (ie from the
READY prompt).
