Well i do because of my former life in Blue :-)) It is a very very powerfull tool , I remember killing some choosen TCB , zapping here and there . What happens is that sometimes , IBMers would put it at a customer because they were working full time there , and they forgot it when when they left or retired etc ... I wish i still had it .
