IMHO they care about it. If it is couch failure. The same apply for the software. Unless you have such license agreement like MS has. No responsibility for anything. Every error is FIN (Fixed If Next release).
Any better maintenance costs some annual fee, doesn't it ?


BTW: In Lodz, the fee for CableTV connection depends on house you live.
For flat (apartment) it much less than for house. It absolutely does not depend on the costs of connection. Simply, the bigger house, the more rich customer.
