Pardon me, Radoslav, but why did you create separate SMPE CSI datasets? AFAIK, Encryption is considered to be a component of the operating system and should have been installed inside of the SMPE CSI datasets that belong to your system. This would have resolved any requisites and any other issues you might now have.
