We're not talking about a 'system parm' so I don't see how Health
Checker applies.

As to "'check my parms' options", I believe the assumption is that we
know what we are doing and have read the manual.
If we take responsibility for our actions, then we shouldn't expect IBM
or any vendor to autotune our jobs.
Having said that I notice FDR takes the opposite approach and defaults
to BUFNO=max. But again it's up to the submitter to know that and
throttle back, if his environment dictates it.

Again, just my opinion.
