Anyone using the (Java) Softcopy Reader with PDF files from Extended Bookshelves? When I try and open a PDF file, I just get a Windows DOS command prompt window which drops me into C:\PROGRA~1\IBM\SCR\sys and just sits there. The documentation for the Softcopy Reader, under the section "Opening a publication from the shelf", says: "For PDFs, this will launch the user-specified PDF reader". Firstly - no it doesn't. Secondly - user-specified? Where? Anyone know?
