Well this is one of those where experience does count. Most of the good  
stuff about dump reading learned at the tutelage of two excellent PSRs. Took 
the  
IPCS classes and could motor pretty good but real world, real dumps and real 
PSI  didn't make sense 'til I saw these guys motor. So now we get yelled at 
when our  skills age and aren't current. Costs IBM and customers big bucks for 
problem  resolution and lousy reputation. So sad.....
