Sometimes, I've had orders get "stuck" in ShopzSeries for no externally-
apparent reason.  To resolve, I've opened PMRs with ShopzSeries support 
who've always been very quick to act on any reported issue.  The quickest 
way to open a PMR and have it go to exactly the right people is to 
specify "ZSERV0000" as the COMP-ID during the PMR creation process.
