These minimum Enginuity microcode levels have enhanced z9 error recovery and introduce MIDAW support: 1. Symm 5: Enginuity 5568.68.28 with the 5568 z9 e-pack installed 2. Symm 6: Enginuity 5670 must upgrade to the supported 5671 level 3. Symm 6: Enginuity 5671.53.59 or higher 4. Symm 7: Enginuity 5771.81.90 or higher Symmetrix 5000 (Symm 4.x) or prior storage arrays attached to an IBM 2094 CPU (z9) are not supported. Also no code changes will be made to any Enginuity 5x67 or prior for 2094 CPU (z9) support.
