Had an occasion while in the Air Force where one of our programs, running in a secured environment in Europe, crashed and burned. The onsite team sent us the dump, but we had no one on our base cleared to read it! We had to ship it back, take a verbal on symptoms, and re-create the problem in a non-secured system. Then we figured out the fix....had them down for a few days on the process, but it pointed out how real a problem that was, to have to support a TS system with a non-TS staff.
