In fact, I can not think of any situation where you'd want to be able
to gain EXCLUSIVE access after having SHARED Access
If the JCL has DISP=SHR but the application needs exclusive control,
RET=CHNG will do it. We use this in FDR. Our SYSDSN ENQs are always
exclusive, but if the user has the dataset in a DD with SHR, we use
RET=CHNG to change it.
