How long ago was that?  They are always there in a WLM asid buffer
if you don't record them with SMF.  This has been true for a
*long* time (IIRC, since OS/390 1.3 via APAR).  I have had many
WLM issues / problems opened with IBM since then and the amount of 
data in the buffer (dump) has always been enough to diagnose the 
problem (or non-problem).
