The IPCS NAMETOKN implementation seems like an afterthought. Almost unusable
We often build names that include binary (not character) data not known
until IEANTCR time (e.g., with the 4-byte TCB address embedded in the
name). Such names just don't work well with this facility. And, having
to know the name you want to look up is a PITA, even without embedded
binary data!
