Hi,

When this happens I issue a D A,A command and check if there are any address 
spaces that are still active. 

I ususally find one that has not shut down for some reason.

We issue the command:

F OMVS,SHUTDOWN

to shutdown all of the OMVS (UNIX) processes. This includes things like DFSCM 
and the NFS server.
