I don't know what hardware you have available...  If you have peer mode
capability you need to use ICP for the "channel path type" otherwise for
compatibility mode if I recall correctly you need to use ICR/ICS.
Unless you want to override the values the control unit and device
numbers are suggested for you when perform the "connect to CF channel
path."  This is not a physical connection, but do give up two channel
paths.

I am afraid I have/can not define CU attached to CFR/CFS channels.
