The use of a system determined optimum blocksize for the output data set
with DFSORT and DFSORT's ICEGENER is controlled by the DFSORT SDB
parameter.  DFSORT's shipped default is SDB=INPUT which tells DFSORT to
only use a large tape blocksize for the output data set if the input data
set has a large tape blocksize.  You can change the installation default or
specify a run-time option to change that.  SDB=LARGE tells DFSORT to always
use a large tape blocksize, when appropriate.   SDB=NO tells DFSORT not to
use a large tape blocksize.  For more information on these various options,
