Bob, As others have pointed out, the ACS routines need to assign this dataset a storage class (SC) in order for this dataset to be SMS-managed. If you do not know how to modify the SC routine, let us know. We can help you.
In the very least, you need a filter list that contains either a mask of the dataset, or a fully-qualified dataset name in single quotes. Then you need to make sure that the SELECT logic tests for that filter list and assigns a storage class. Finally, make sure your storage group routine SELECT section test for that storage class and assigns it to the CSLFGRP2 storage group.
