Went out of town to a conference. Got a panic call. My boss had 'fixed' the system. Took over an hour to walk him through recovery. I told him in colorful terms not to fix anything else until I got back to the office. OTOH, I've fixed things pretty well myself by not understanding that with which I diddled.
