we got some problem about file extension ,but I'm not clear about the
following message :

INSUFFICIENT ACCESS AUTHORITY

IEC070I 211(8,17107)-221,CPSPFOR1,CPSPFOR1,RMHST01,5325,APOLXD,
IEC070I PVOFNF.RM.RM.P140.RMHSTM.V,PVOFNF.RM.RM.P140.RMHSTM.V.DATA,
IEC070I CATALOG.FNFALLP
According to IEC070I,this file tried to extend to APOLXD,but it cannot due
to authority.
we have the other files (access allowed=control for CUPFNF1) that can extend
without the problem .
What happen to this file? Any suggestion/explanation will be appreciated.
