It is currently impossible (to catalog *all* the SYS1.HASPACE), but it
could be changed.
IMHO, easily changed.
However I don't believe it really will be done. No business case.
To comment original message: In case of SMS requirement of spool, VTOC
change will not be the biggest issue. Even whole volume reformat.
