You're looking for trouble with any backup/restore mechanism that is date sensitive . You're also looking at software licensing that may selectively go crazy (if it's using an anti-tampering algorithm). The only way to do this is to completely isolate the system or use software designed for time "warping" (and there should some around left from the last millennium ...)
