Thanks for the feedback. I've downloaded the PDF manuals. I'll be
reading them to expand my knowledge.
So far the IBM level 2 support staffer is happy with what I have sent to
him.
I would still be in a lurch if we had offloaded the data to files. For
now, I'm glad we didn't.
