I think you are a "bit confused".  I don't think that those are EVER "LE"
options.  They look (to me) as if they are a combination of compiler
(possibly COBOL) and Binder options. Also, I haven't ever heard of any shops
(in the last decade or so) that are concerned about compile or bind-time
"performance" - only of run-time performance.

Exactly WHAT are you asking about and what is your real concern?
