S/360 didn't IN GENERAL have page sizes but the 360/67 certainly did.  
360/67's support included CP-67 (and some various university projects, some 
of which saw the light of day).  
 
But I may also be guilty of confusing the 64K vs. 1M segment sizes with 
page sizes on the 360/67.  I can only vaguely (today) recall an odd 
document that offered the idea of a much larger page size.  (Which appeared 
near the time that the SYMBOL-2R was being modified (again) along similar 
lines, but again that memory is too vague to be trusted it seems.)
