Robert, I have and downloaded and installed several ServerPacs 
electronically.  My opinion is that this process is terrific.  Not having 
to deal with a whole bunch of cartridges as in the past is great.  The main 
thing to worry about is ensuring that the filesystem into which the order 
is received is large enough (I had 2 3390-9's set aside for a z/OS 1.7 
order) to hold all the data.  Just follow the directions supplied with the 
ShopzSeries order to download and receive the order.
