Really?  I'm skeptical, but if you say so....

Don't forget about other kinds of human error, those caused by
programmers, sysprogs, RACF admins, etc.

DASD mirroring will do nothing to help you recover from a software
disaster or any other accidental deletion or corruption of data.
Mirroring is great, but backups are still a good idea.
