Accepting some PTFs in order to restore one you need to (without
a lot of others along with it) is fine.  I've done it many times.
Just be sure you've been running long enough with the ones you're
about to accept - 'cause there ain't no goin back. :-)

I find people that run into this often usually are under the 
impression that it's bad to ACCEPT anything.   Wrong!  You should
always have an ACCEPT cycle after running with whatever period of
time that you are comfortable with. Then you (usually) avoid this
situation altogether.
