Writing a application type program which must use a DCB? Why would I
take the time and trouble to copy a DCB from my storage to GETMAIN'ed
storage, perhaps doing some ADCON changes as well, for an application
program. What do I gain? I increase complexity and time to write and
debug. Now, for a TSO application, maybe it is worth it. For batch, why
bother?
