At the end of the SWAP I'm assuming the MVS I/O is re-directed
to the SWAP Target and it is brought Online.

At that point do we have two volumes with the same label?
If we IPL then what do we see?

And I wonder what XRC sees during the SWAP with the Target offline,
but since XRC is controller based it should see all of the I/O traffic from
FDRPAS.

This does present an issue for GDPS on the remote site but we can address
that with a manual DASD Config process. GDPS bases it's config on vol=ser=
labels so any product swapping volume will require a manual config.
