Look in the RESLIB at member DFFSRRC00 -- about 6 lines down after you will see something like: DFSRRC00+S203+SP43+710+08/30/99
The 710 means this is IMS version 710 (I assume you just need a verification of what release you have - if you need something programmatically, I don't have an answer for you other than to check the IMS-L.)
