Between he and Charlie, you would have been just as well off if you had taken your money and put it into CDs as to have invested it in CA. Words to that effect were used in at least two class actions suits (current ones) against CA for defrauding investors and employees (who took part in the different investment plans at CA). Too bad AP didn't do a bit more homework.
