We have been seeing this a lot lately, and I was wondering if anybody has seen this before. It seems to cause an issue especially when doing reclaims. Most jobs run and unload the drive, and we are not sure what would be causing this, or how we can even duplicate it to see what would cause it.

So what we've been doing is varying the range offline and back online because there have been so many of them. All of our efforts to duplicate this have failed.
