Or you could use Catalog Recovery Plus from Mainstar or Catalog Solutions to do 
the same thing. All depends on your software budget.
 
Or you could simply think about the process beforehand and avoid the problem at 
no cost to your organization.

Many times during a DR test you may need to "SCRUB" your catalogs to get
them in sync with existing DASD/datasets.  There are several products on the
market that can help.  T-REX is one of them and supports full multi-tasking
capabilities during the SCRUB process.  As many as 32 catalogs can be
scrubbed simultaneously.  I won't go into more details on all the DR support
contained within T-REX, but it is significant.  Should you want more
information, contact me offline and I'd be glad to help.  Also, if you just
want to run different scenarios/questions past me that are not product
related, I'd be glad to assist there too.
