Not sure i recall ( the bits are not in the edt datarea ) 
But if you do a  "listedt detail" with IPCS in a dump or in active mode ,
you will see that the lookup value looks very much like the UCB dev flags
3030200f for example for a disk 
Then you can perhaps have a look at the UCB mapping
