Depends on what run-time is available. If LE (Language Environment) is available at run-time (probably via the linklist - but possibly in a steplib), then you can run either VS COBOL II or Enterprise COBOL compiled programs.
If you only the VS COBOL II run-time available, then NO you cannot run Enterprise COBOL compiled programs.
