As for the ISVs, we beat them up about MIPS terminology awhile ago. Now if I actually start to "use" this capacity, my costs can go up. But double? Gimme a break! Even if full capacity charging is warranted if I use all my new capacity, it is only a 10% increase in my monthly bill.
