Cross posted to IBM-MAIN and MVS-OE
When mounting a target zFS from a driving system to apply maint. I get
the following message.
Can anyone enlighten me as to what this really means? I have RTFM'd,
searched archives and IBMLink to no avail.
All shared DASD, the filesystem to be mounted is not in use (or mounted)
anywhere and it's system is down.
Dataset is cataloged in target systems master, accessed from driving
system via alias (SSA).
It does mount and appears fine but I'm not quite sure of the possible
impact.
IOEZ00336I LS0BR6.OMVS.JV390.LS0BR6 could not be marked as a zFS
aggregate in the catalog, rc=60 rsn=104
IOEZ00336I AggrName could not be marked as a zFS aggregate in the
catalog,
rc=ReturnCode rsn=ReasonCode
Explanation: After successfully attaching, or formatting, a zFS
aggregate, a call to the MVS catalog service is done to mark AggrName as
a
zFS aggregate. This operation failed. The return and reason codes are
from the MVS catalog service. This failure itself does not prevent the
aggregate from being attached or formatted correctly. However, other
system processing that depends on the catalog entry may not function
properly.
RC 60
Explanation: Incorrect entry type for requested action.
RSN 104
Explanation: Invalid entry type for alter of extended addressability
data set.
Thanks all ...
