We just IPL'd our test lpar with z/OS V1.7 and recieved the following message:
IOS357I MANUFACTURER EMC LOAD MODULE IOSTEMC NOT FOUND IN THE LNKLST Anyone using EMC DMX3000 Dasd see this? Is this something new with EMC & Dynamic Channel? I am going to open a case with EMC. Just checking on whether or not anyone saw this before. Yes - I did read the message. We do not get this under z/OS V1.4.
