The mere fact that ONE customer reports data corruption caused by a
vendor product, which the vendor then acknowledges to be true, ought to
be sufficient impetus for the vendor to correct its product's behavior
"now". That "no other customer has complained" is utterly irrelevant,
and certainly not an excuse to propagate a defective product in the
marketplace.

We don't currently use CommBridge, and based on your experience we will
never even consider using it.
