John, Initially, they will probably continue to offer FDRPAS. Once the Softek acquisition is complete, they will probably offer both until their deal with Innovation Data Processing is up for renewal. I am guessing that they would need a good $$$ reason to renew. That's the bad news. The good news here is that both products are excellent in this space.
