OK- I was not trying to start a tirade on CA. Yes, I am wearing a CA hat as we speak. Using this site for shared issues is what it is for. I was trying to reduce your time to get your network problem possibly fixed. Our support folks are usually quite good at either solving the problem, or pointing you in the right direction. You may be hitting an intermittent problem that others are not having. Just because I'm not having a connection issue from internal CA networks or VPN (work laptop), or even my personal connections through AT&T (home desktop), doesn't mean an issue doesn't exist from you. In fact, it may be an issue in your network that the support folks can help you find. I'm just suggesting, that in the effort to save time, CALL THE HELPDESK and see if they know about a problem which may be impacting you. There is NO charge to you for this type of help.
