Neither of the two above have anything to do with timely payments. AND, the scenario I proposed, I lived through. Without naming names, the product in question only had two vendors and one was a work-alike for another. Both vendors have/had M-F/9-5 support. Keys failed on a weekend. Company works in many time-zones. Support didn't. Bill was payed. Keys failed.
