The product was/is key to our environment, but only cost $5K/annum. Not worth the vendor's time/$. There are few alternatives, and if they lose us, it's not like they lose a large revenue stream. We have since switched to a work-alike product that the vendor has a self-service web-site to get a temporary key (4 days), so we can move on.
