Mate, I have (what was) a multi-site customer that is migrating
off-platform for reasons of less than half an engine.
They wouldn't pay for an ICF, and wanted the M-thingies back from the CF
LPARs. Eventually the second site was shut down; WLC and (severe)
capping pulled the costs down on the remaining site.
Not enough - on the way to being lost altogether.

The Geico's of  the world may not feel the pain, but the smaller end of
town is.
We all know what options we have to work with, but if the IT department
has a 50% budget cut, they are *NOT* going to carry the can for
contingency M-thingies.
