Other places to look:
For CICS, check that you don't have any "old" CEEROPT modules lying
around.
Check the linklist for back-level SCEERUN libraries.
Check SCEERUN for CEECCICS
Check individual load modules for CEEUOPT.
Check the PARM field on EXEC statements for LE parms.
That's all I can think of right now....
