$34 per hour? You've got to be kidding. Boeing paid me that amount 17
yrs ago as a PERMANENT employee.

Have contract rates really dropped that far below 2001 levels? I had
better go suck up to my boss some more. "Boss, need a cup of coffee?"

Seriously, is that contract rate the "new norm"?
