Folks prohibited from participating in the list for legal or company
policy would otherwise partake of an anonymous high quality survey.
There's no guaranty of high quality, and no reason to expect unbiased
sampling. You seem to be begging the question, assuming the things
that you should be demonstrating.

I tend to agree, Shmuel. Participation or non-participation in this
forum has nothing to do with the quality of answers to be expected in a
survey. A rough measure of the background of the responder would be a
far better way to gauge the quality of the answers. And there's still no
sure way to separate the dredibility of the responders. In this respect,
a survey is no better than a resume; the proof is in the doing, not the
high-level chit-chat with a few buzzwords thrown in.
