Mark, I didn't mean that you were impugning us, I just wanted to let you know that even with due diligence this release has been one of our worst in quite a while. We did do the 1.8 ESP, but we didn't hit most of our issues until we went into production. Of course there is no way to simulate the amount of work that we do in production on any test machine.
