Don't know how much (user) parallel processing gets done on 360 based architectures. Maybe some when the vectors were around. The mindset is (still) predominantly linear even when RBs (including enclaves) are hived off to do some of the work. Doesn't fit my definition of parallel. Maybe that's why IBM is pushing grid so much these days - easier to achieve on different architecture. I liked this comment on the referred thread; "That's called a Cell processor, and game engine developers on the PLAYSTATION 3 platform say the Cell is a bitch and a half to utilize properly."
